What are my username and password for Blackboard?
Answer: If you are a current UNF student, faculty or staff member, your Blackboard username and password are the same ones you use to login to other systems on campus, including myWings, Osprey, UNF Webmail, and campus desktop computers. If you do not know your Bb user ID and password, then before attempting to log into Bb, you will want to visit the ITS Self Service web site.

I am able to login to MyWings, but not Blackboard. What should I do?
Answer: MyWings has a setting that allows users with expired passwords to login. Blackboard, however, does not have the same feature and therefore, it is possible for a student who cannot access Blackboard to login to MyWings without trouble. If you experience trouble accessing Blackboard, either from the link in MyWings or from the Blackboard URL, you should update your password using ITS Self Service.
