The Technical Support Module was designed to provide students with answers to questions they may have about using Blackboard from within your Blackboard course.

To add the Technical Support Module to a Blackboard course:

Login to Blackboard and go to the Control Panel of a Blackboard course.

Click on Manage Course Menu under Course Options.

Click Add External Link.

Type in a name for the link (Technical Support, Student Support, etc.)

Copy and paste the following URL in the URL text box: http://www.unf.edu/dept/cirt/bb/support/tech_support/technical_support.html

Make sure the Available for Student/Participant users box is checked.

Click Submit.
