I am not able to login to Blackboard. What can I do?

In order to login to Blackboard successfully, the following are required:

• You should be using a recommended web browser that is configured correctly.
• You must be connected to the correct Bb server: http://blackboard.unf.edu/
• You must have an account on the Bb server.
• You must type in your correct Bb username (your "n" number) and password.
