What should I do if I receive an error message in Blackboard?

If you receive an error message in Blackboard, please gather the following information:

1. The error message you received (you can copy and paste it from Blackboard).

2. The full name of your Blackboard course (example: 2008SPRING.EHD6343.010.00: READ INSTRUCTION: DEAF/HH) You can find the complete course name at the top of the Control Panel screen.

3. A description of what you were attempting to do when you received the error message.
