One of my students isn't showing up in my course anymore. What do I do?

Blackboard student enrollment at UNF is based on registration information. Usually, if a student "disappears" from your Blackboard course, they dropped the course, or the have a hold on their account. When a student "disappears" from your Blackboard course, you should direct the student to contact the ITS Help Desk at 904-620-4357 in order to find out why they were dropped or disabled from the course.

If you have any questions, or for special circumstances (such as a student dropped your course, but they wish to audit the course for the remainder of the semester) please contact CIRT at 904-620-3927.
