How do I save a copy of student files from the Digital Dropbox outside of Blackboard?

The Digital Dropbox is no longer available in Blackboard. The functionality of the Dropbox has been replaced by the new features in the Assignment Manager. However, files previously submitted to the Digital Dropbox may be retrieved and saved outside of Blackboard through Summer 2010.

To retrieve files from the Digital Dropbox:

1. Click Digital Dropbox (File Download) from the Tools menu on the My Institution tab.
   
2. Click on a course name to view and download the Dropbox files from the course.
   
3. To download a file, click the file name, then click Save File > OK.
