HELPFUL RESOURCES >BLACKBOARD>FAQ>DATABASE CONNECTION UNAVAILABLE When I attempt to connect to Bb, I get a message stating “Database Connection Unavailable.” What should I do? If you receive this message then there may be a problem with Blackboard. First, try clicking on the item again and see if this resolves the issue. If this does not work, try closing your browser and then open it again to connect to Blackboard. If that does not work, please report the problem to CIRT (904-620-3927) or to the ITS Support Center (904-620-4357). |
