My courses for this semester are not on Blackboard. What do I do?
Each semester, instructors at UNF need to request their Blackboard courses using the Blackboard Course Action Request (BbCAR) system.
To request your Blackboard course(s):
Log into the live Blackboard server, http://blackboard.unf.edu, and click on the BbCAR link in the tools module on the My Institution tab.
Click Course Request, then Request a Term Course.
Select Term, then Select Search Option (Find my courses, Find by course number, or Find courses by department). Click Submit.
Choose your course section(s) from the list. You should select your courses one at a time. To add multiple sections to a single Blackboard course, hold down the CTRL key (Windows) or the Command key (Mac) and click on each desired section. Click Submit.
Choose the Primary Section by choosing the section you want your Blackboard course to be listed under. The section will be included in the course ID. If you have only chosen one section for your Blackboard course, it will be selected by default. Click Submit.
Select the faculty member(s) to be added with the role of Instructor. To add multiple instructors to a single Blackboard course, hold down the CTRL key (Windows) or the Command key (Mac) and click on each desired instructor. Click Submit.
Review the Blackboard course request information and click Submit to request your course.
