How do I clear a student's attempt on a test?

To clear a student's attempt on an assessment, go to the Gradebook of your Blackboard course and click on the drop down for the score or icon for the assessment you wish to clear.

Click View Grade Details.

The Grade Details page will appear. Scroll down to the Attempts. Click the drop down menu under Value and select Open Attempt to view the attempt incluidng time elapsed, answers, etc. Once you clear the attempt, this information will be lost.

Click Clear Attempt to clear the student's attempt.
