To archive a Blackboard course, follow the steps described below.
From the Control Panel. click Packages and Utilities>Archive Course.
Click Archive on the Export/Archive Manager page to create the archive. Check the box to Include Grade Center History (if desired) and click Submit to create the archive- this may take some time.
You will receive an email once the archive is created.
On the Export/Archive Manager page, the Archive File will appear as a link.
Click the ArchiveFile link to download the file. Click Save and choose a destination on your computer.
