Location.

The Climate Change Symposium will run from 9 am - 5 pm, on Saturday, November 10, 2007. It will take place in the Stein Auditorium, which is located on the first floor of the Coggin College of Business building. Building 42, room 1020. (Campus Map)


Parking.

Parking is free on the day of the Symposium (Saturday). UNF does not charge a parking fee on the weekend for events with fewer than 1,000 participants. The closest parking lots appear to be lots 2 & 3. (Campus Map)


Registration.

This event is free and open to the public.

Handicapped persons needing special accommodations should contact the Ethics Center at (904) 620-1330.


Lunch.

A light vegetarian lunch will be provided through the members of Jacksonville Carbon Neutral Initiative, who plan to use this as an educational opportunity to acquaint the gathering with local food opportunities and with responsible food choices in light of climate change.

Keeping track at the computer during the event will be: Cathleen Jensen-Gall (current Graduate Student Fellow with the UNF Ethics Center) and Karla Pierce (Former Ethics Center Fellow). Cathleen did most of the staff work for this event, and Karla is our Web master.
