- Pamela C. Bell, B.A., M.Ed.
Our Director, Pam Bell, joined the CDRC staff in August 1996 as a Lead Teacher for Class Three. She has been the Director for five years. Ms. Bell has a B.A. degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado and an M.A. in Special Education from the University of North Florida. She has taught in first and second grades, and was the Director and a kindergarten teacher at the Christ Church Day School for two years. Ms. Bell has her Advanced Director’s Certificate, and is also an adjunct professor.

Janis Goschke
Janis "Jan" Goschke (CDRC) started January 2006 in the Officer Manager position . For three years Jan was Executive Secretary for Institutional Advancement's Media Relations and Special Events department. Before UNF, Jan worked in the insurance business. She attended college for three years and studied one year at ITT business school in Virginia.

- Amy Hines, C.D.A.
Ms. Hines received her Associates Degree in Child Development in May of 1996. We have been proud to have her working here at the Center for over seventeen years and as the Class One Lead Teacher (Bears Class) for over nine years. She does wonders helping children and parents through separation concerns. Ms. Hines gives the children the love and environment that includes learning how to work as a group, while preparing them with the social skills and language to be successful in school.

Mahreen Mian, C.D.A
Ms. Mahreen Mian is the lead teacher in Class 4 (the Cardinals). She has a Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA), and her B.A is from the University of the Punjab. She was the VPK teacher as well as the morning administrator and Curriculum specialist at her last school.

- Ms.Nancy Winckler-Zuniga C.D.A
Nancy Winkler-Zuniga has always been drawn to young children and has worked with them in a variety of settings over the last thirty years. She studied Early Childhood education at Syracuse University before moving to Boston in 1981. She taught at-risk children in Title XX funded programs before moving on to Harvard Law School childcare Center. During the 80's she and her husband moved to Belize where they established a small primary school on a large ranch. In September 2001 her family came back to the U.S. with the goal of furthering their son's education. Since then she has been back in the childcare field in Jacksonville and is pleased to be taking over as lead teacher in the Manatee Class.

- Sharon Miller
Sharon Miller is Assistant Director and previously worked at the CDRC from August 2003 through December 2004 as the Class Two Teacher. Sharon has a B.A. in Sociology/Elementary Education from Bridgewater College and has worked in the Early Childhood field for twenty years in both private and non-profit agencies. Before returning to the CDRC she worked with at-risk children at the Don Brewer Center in Jacksonville . She moved to Florida from New England three years ago.

- Roberta Neilly
Roberta Neilly is the Dolphin's lead teacher. She previously worked at CDRC from August 2003 thru July 2006. She has a Masters and BA in Education and has worked for the Department of Education in the Virgin Islands for thirteen years. She started her teaching career in Florida as a headstart teacher. She has enjoyed working in the field of education for 20 years. We are happy to have her on the CDRC team.

- Jennifer Bartley
Jennifer Bartley graduated from UNF with a BA in education, with a concentration in pre-K primary. She worked in Duval County Schools for the past 3 years teaching kindergarten and first graders. She previously worked at CDRC in 2003. Her philosophy: Children learn in an environment that is safe and organized. All children can learn as long as they are in a supportive environment where they are involved in age appropriate activities.

Our Full-Time Teaching Assistants
All of our teaching assistants are required to take 40 hours of Children & Families training , basic first aid training, as well as an additional 40 hours of training specific to the Center.
