Self-Assessment: Learn About Yourself
Choose a Major
If
you are undecided or unsure about your major or career,
you are not alone! Choosing a major is a process, so do
not get discouraged. However, it is not something you
can effectively accomplish overnight or within a couple
of weeks. There are several ways that UNF Career Services
can help. It all starts with self-assessment:
Career Counselors are available to meet
one-on-one with you to gain a better understanding of
who you are and what your career interests are. Identify
your skills, interests, values, and personality characteristics
as they relate to career choices. This is available to
all students and alumni/AE who are registered with the
Career Services. To schedule an appointment, please call
620-2955 or visit Career Services, Founders Hall, Building
2, Room 2039. Appointments are 60 minutes and during office
hours:
Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Career Assessments (Tests) are available
to help you quickly and efficiently gather information
about your interests, skills/abilities, values, and personality.
These are available to UNF students registered with the
Career Services. TAKE
