Recycle Used Eyeglasses

The ADA Compliance Office and the Disability Resource Center are conducting a recycling campaign for used eyeglasses. According to the Vision Council of America (2006): 64% of the adult American population use eyeglasses. The eyeglasses will be donated to Helen Keller International. The eyeglasses will be utilized to meet the needs of persons who could not otherwise afford them. Our goal is to collect 250 pairs of eyeglasses.
