We are living in uncertain times – the destruction of the World Trade Centers, the war in Iraq, the ongoing threat of terrorist attacks, and the increase in the intensity of hurricanes. Our world has changed drastically, and focusing on "business as usual" has become extremely difficult. But occupying our time with the routine of work is a necessary step in coping with crisis.
