This workshop is designed for managers and other supervisory employees who coach employees and conduct performance reviews. The goal of this session is to make participants aware of the important leadership opportunity they have at each step of the performance cycle. This course takes you through the process of writing SMART objectives, developing active listening skills, understanding the skills and behaviors associated with coaching employees, developing skills in giving feedback, and conducting an effective appraisal discussion. |
