The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity at UNF provides this briefing to resident assistants who work with students, yet at the same time, are university employees. Resident assistants will learn the fundamental responsibilities and how they are accountable as university agents when faced with matters pertaining to discrimination, sexual misconduct and retaliation. They will also learn about resources on campus that supports their work, and who to see when actual or perceived violations of university power occur. |
