The skills necessary for successful conflict resolution are important tools for leaders and team members in a professional workplace. Participants attending this interactive class will understand and recognize the differences between traditional, less effective approaches to handling conflict and the more successful collaborative processes. In addition, they will learn a 5-step model for achieving collaboration that yields positive results, how to navigate the stages of conflict, and how to prevent or minimize further conflict by understanding underlying conditions, causes, and trends.
