Have you been sanctioned to Health Promotion Level 1, Level 2 or Anger Management?
Contact Health Promotion at (904) 620-1570. You will need to schedule a time to meet with them, one on one. They have limited availability and see many students each semester. Health Promotions retains the right to refer a student to an off-campus facility, at the student’s own expense, in cases where a student is uncooperative, misses appointments without notice, or in other cases where the Health Promotions staff feels the student will be best served elsewhere.
