Courageous Conversations: Busting our Biases

The unconscious mind is a warehouse of past experiences that includes things like perceptions, intuition and subliminal desires. Although rarely reaching the conscious mind, these influences play a significant role in impacting our decisions. The Commission on Diversity and Inclusion will present a conversation on understanding biases and learning strategies to overcome them. AAFSA Fall General Assembly Meeting

OneJax Campus Community Suppers

The Interfaith Center and OneJax will host a meal and meaningful dialogue about diversity and inclusion in our community; small groups of eight to 10 students will sit with a community/campus leader to discuss. Dinner will be provided. Interested students register here; faculty/staff register here
