Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and Parade

Location: TIAA Bank Field, Ritz Theatre and Museum

 The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.Holiday Grand Parade 2019 will take place at the TIAA Bank Field and the Celebration Program will follow at the Ritz Theatre and Museum from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Please join the community and other AAFSA faculty and staff as we celebrate Dr. King, Jr. and the legacy of the Civil Rights Movement.   If you are interesting in volunteering at the event, please email and we will reach out with more details.  For more information regarding the parade, please visit the MLK Foundation webpage.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Luncheon

Cost: Individual Ticket $30

Please join us for the 38th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Luncheon.  The speaker is Carlotta Walls LaNier, the youngest member of the courageous group of African American students, the Little Rock Nine, that integrated Central High School in 1957 following the U. S.
