The process has changed for requesting announcements to be played on the
television screens in the Coggin College lobby and Student Services.

STUDENT CLUBS:
Student Clubs must submit their own announcements, designed using PowerPoint. We will approve the contents, then post to CogginVision. Slides will run until the date of the event. CogginVision is for use only by officially recognized Coggin College of Business student organizations. Clubs are also encouraged to submit announcements to UNF's online Student Update.

SUBMIT: Please email PowerPoint files to cobatec1@unf.edu.

Remember to include on the slide:

• Organization Name
• Event Date & Time
• Event Location
• Event Description
• Contact for More Information
  (name, website, email, etc.)
