Delta Nu Alpha Foundation Scholarship
The DNA Foundation once again will be awarding scholarships to worthy students in 2016. The process of soliciting applications from students starts in March, with the e-mailing of hundreds of packages to professors and scholarship offices at Universities throughout the United States, with a reminder message sent in April and May. We also post the scholarship application on the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) website.
The scholarship committee requests your assistance, if you know of any worthy students that meet the criteria below; please have them log on to www.deltanualphafoundation.org for information and application.
The DNA Foundation Scholarship Program is open to all students studying in the fields of Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management at accredited colleges and Universities. Students pursuing Associate and Bachelor degrees are encouraged to apply. Each applicant is judged based upon the following:
financial need (Student / Athletes, participating in NCAA regulated sports while receiving full scholarships, may not be eligible due to NCAA compliance guidelines. Partial scholarships require a certification letter from the Athletic Office Compliance Manager.)
overall career goals
related interest in their field of study

What to Include with the Application Form: Certified Transcripts of all college/university level work completed and two letters of recommendation. At least one of the letters must come from educators in the transportation, supply chain or logistics programs at the school. A second letter may originate from a direct supervisor involved with an internship related to the academic major or an educator in the major or minor curriculum.
Deadline: All Applications must be received no later than June 30, 2016
