Students who currently have a valid passport must bring their passport into the office (42/2021) for us to make a copy by November 1 . If you do not have a valid passport, you are required to submit a copy of your passport application by November 1 and your actual passport by December 1. Please plan ahead – passport processing may take several weeks. US citizens should refer to the U.S. Department of State webpage for instructions.
All students are required to have a passport valid for 6 months prior to entering their study abroad location.

Visa Information |
Visas
are documents issued by the country you are visiting
to permit entry into that nation. Whether you
need a visa to enter a country depends on both
the country you are visiting and the country whose
passport you hold. If you study abroad in multiple
countries, you might need multiple visas and/or
multiple-entry visas. Please check with your program
leader for specific information on travel plans
and their visa implications. Fortunately, US passport-holders
do not need visas for many countries. Students
are required to individually obtain any necessary
visa(s) for study abroad prior to departure. Please
visit the U.S.
Department of State webpage or the individual
host country’s Embassy web page. Many visa
applications must be made in person or several
months prior to departure. Please plan ahead!
Visa costs are not included in the Coggin program fee. |
