University
of Warsaw (UW)
University of Warsaw, founded
in 1816, is one of Poland’s largest universities
and one of the most prestigious universities in Europe.
Students from all over Europe study in the School of
Management within the International Business Program
(IBP). The IBP’s goal is to “familiarize
students with the economic practice, customs and the
financial structure of economic and financial systems
in other countries.” Warsaw is ideal if you want
to enhance or expand your knowledge of international
business in an exciting new European Union member nation.
Warsaw Poland
Poland is situated in the heart of Europe sharing
its western borders with Germany and the Czech Republic.
Life in the capital city Warsaw is a typical urban experience – a
never-ending list of diverse intellectual and cultural
events. The capital’s prime attraction is the Old
Town, which is entered in the World List of Cultural
and National Heritage of UNESCO. The Old Town Market
Square, Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, the Castle
Square and the huge number of parks for walking or running
are just a few of the ways to enjoy Warsaw. |
