Steve Waterhouse is an author and consultant who helps organizations improve the effectiveness of their staff and managers. His company, Predictive Results, uses the Predictive Index assessment to improve Leadership development, hiring and sales.


In his unique career, he has been an engineer on the successful Patriot Missile System, founder of a successful chain of community newspapers and directed a 300% turnaround of Vortech Corporation. 


His clients have included Chico’s, AT&T, IBM, and Xerox. Local clients include The LBA Group, Brumos Motor Cars, and the Mayo Clinic.


Mr. Waterhouse has spoken on 5 continents, 13 countries and 48 states. He was awarded the CSP, Certified Speaking Professional, the highest earned designation of the National Speakers Association and the International Federation for Professional Speakers.


Steve is the author of “The Team Selling Solution” published by McGraw-Hill, “Ending The Blame Game”, and many articles, whitepapers and training programs.


He received a BSEE from Syracuse University.
