is Career Wings?

Career
Wings is the University of North Florida's online management
system for job listings, on-campus recruiting schedules,
resume books and career events registration. All UNF
students and alumni registered with the Career Wings
system can view online job opportunities and indicate
an interest in job postings.
Career Wings is part of NACElink, a non-profit service provided through an alliance
of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, the DirectEmployers Association,
numerous collaborating colleges and universities, and employers.
After you have registered with Career Wings, you can: |
- Create a personal profile
- Post your resume
- Search and research employers
- View and apply for job and internship
postings
- Sign up for campus interviews
- Register for practice
interviews and resume critique
- Participate and
learn about recruiting events

Is
there a fee to use Career
Wings?
|
|
There
is no fee to students or alumni to register and search
jobs at UNF or participate in on-campus recruiting. Once
logged in, you will also have the opportunity to search
national job postings simultaneously |

How
do I post a resume in Career Wings? |
|
Posting
a resume in Career Wings is simple. |
- Register and create a profile with Career Wings
- Go to the “Documents” tab and select
your document type and “upload”
- All documents and resumes will be sent to you Career
Coordinator, Lisa Gaetjens for approval.
- You will be contacted via Career Wings if a critique
is suggested.
- To schedule an appointment for a resume critique
with Lisa before you upload your document (suggested)

How
do I transfer my profile from the OLD system? |

Information
from the old system will not automatically transfer into
the new Career Wings system. Students and alumni will
need to create a new profile and upload a new resume
to the new system |
