Summary:This course provides a hands-on application of economic principles to the global wine market in Italy.Students will interact with faculty, small and large wine producers, vineyard owners, and corporate executives in order to learn about the international business, marketing, and sales of wine, production innovations, strategies used for comparative advantage, and sustainable viticulture practices.This course will also include visits to important historical and cultural sites in Florence, Rome, and Siena.
