(Graduate and Undergraduate)

Exciting New Scholarship Opportunity for Secondary Science Majors with an Emphasis In Science Education.

Requirements for applying:

• Florida Resident
• Must be an admitted undergraduate or graduate student in the COEHS.
• Enrolled full-time (12 credit hours – undergraduate, 9 credit hours graduate) during the semester scholarship is to be used.
• Major in secondary science education (if an undergraduate candidate) or declare an emphasis in science education (if a graduate candidate).
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must consent to release grades.
• Must attach a typed one-page statement of purpose.
• Must attach two letters of recommendation from a professor or and/or a school professional (i.e. principal).

$500-2500 - Elizabeth Edgar Hall  Scholarships
(Graduate or Undergraduate) Outside scholarship offer from a local private foundation that offers Elizabeth Edgar Hall to women to attend any of the colleges and universities in Jacksonville. The completed applications, two letters of recommendation and two required essays, must be postmarked no later than March 14, 2008.
