Dr. Carter's research broadly includes the dynamic ways that peace is developed through education. She examines policies for and pedagogies of peace-oriented education within USA and other nations. Dr. Carter is the creator and editor of Journal of Stellar Peacemaking (JSP) (www.jsp.st) a refereed journal that is produced and maintained for dissemination of information about peace development.
