Instructional Technology Track Masters in Education Degree

 The Instructional Technology program centers upon preparing professionals to enhance and support the academic and career development of students and adult learners in a variety of settings with the effective application of technology. The program offers opportunities to explore the nature of teaching and learning with technology, with digital media, telecommunications, and leadership in instructional technology. The Instructional Technology program prepares professionals to:

• serve as a classroom, school or district level educational technology specialist;
• improve their abilities as classroom teachers to apply technology to teaching and learning;
• develop expertise in design and implementation of technology-supported learning in business and other non-school settings;
• develop skills for integrating technology as a trainer or instructor
• become managers of educational technology resources and solution providers
