Note: Florida administrator certificate students MAY NOT graduate until appropriate documentation of three (3) years of successful teaching experience has been received.

  • A student may receive credit for a course only once. However, the GPA will reflect all repeated courses.
  • The student must apply to graduate by the fourth week of the semester they plan to graduate.
  • An approved Dual/Concurrent form is required prior to registering for courses at another institution. No more than ten (10) semester hours can be completed before a student is fully admitted, including a maximum of six (6) approved credits from another institution. The faculty sponsor must complete the graduate transfer of credit form.
  • Students are strongly advised against enrolling in courses at another institution during their last semester at UNF.
  • Graduation will most likely be delayed for students who attempt dual enrollment in their last semester.   Official transcripts must be presented to Admissions.
  • All documents (transcripts, GRE scores, letters of recommendation, teachers certificate and proof of a minimum of three years of teaching in a public school) are required for admission into the program and graduation.
  • The College of Education and Human Services is accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education.
