Student Employment Opportunity - Public Opinion Research Laboratory Research Assistant
Interested students should stop by the Public Opinion Research Laboratory in Building 51, Room 2222
to fill out an application.
You may also print out an application on-line at
www.unf.edu/coas/porl and return it to the Laboratory.
Duties:
• Conducting Survey Research over the Telephone
• Coding Answers by using telephone assisted software General Hours
• Conducting local and state polls
Qualifications:
• Must be able to speak clearly
• Must be able to communicate effectively over the telephone
• Must be responsible and punctual
*The Public Opinion Research Laboratory serves as a resource for public policymakers,
faculty researchers, government agencies, non-profit agencies, businesses and students.
Monday – Friday 5pm-9pm

**GRAY STUDY ABROAD SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE**
Always wanted to study abroad, but thought you couldn’t afford it? How does an award of at least $2,000 sound?
The UNF College of Arts and Sciences can help. They are currently accepting applications for the Gray Study Abroad Scholarship!
Eligibility Requirements:
• Be enrolled as a student at UNF and in good standing
• Be a major or minor in one of the following disciplines: Art History, English,
Fine Arts, French Studies, History, Philosophy, Religious Studies or Spanish
• Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online before
November 23, 2007 and demonstrate financial need
• Select a UNF-approved study abroad program (Contact the International Center
for program info)
• Complete study abroad by December 31, 2008
