Sociology MinorSociology is the study of human social life, groups
and societies. The sociology minor is designed to provide the student
with insight into social interaction and social processes, and focuses
on understanding how these processes influence society. The analytical
and methodological skills obtained in the sociology minor will allow
students to garner a broader understanding of society and to further
realize their potential in their chosen profession. The society minor
is designed to complement a number of other majors, including, the arts,
