Departmental ScholarshipsHERCULES ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIPSThe Department of Biology is offering one or more full and partial tuition scholarships (typically up to $1000) endowed by the Hercules Foundation for the 2009/2010 academic year. Scholarships plus some book allowances are available for declared academic majors in Biology who plan to pursue a career in biology, professional school or graduate school following graduation. Candidate students should meet the following minimum qualifications:

Interested candidates should complete a formal application available in the department office (See Mary Bracey). Return it with a copy of your transcripts (unofficial is fine) to the following faculty: Dr. Joseph Butler Building 3/ Room 2248 The deadline for application submission is Monday, November 16; scholarship awards will be announced by Tuesday, November 24.
