Project Scope
The Ektron CMS-400 content management system is set up and interfaced with the existing UNF authentication system, templates have been created, content migration of the UNF Web site is in progress and a workflow process in the CMS has been developed. As units migrate into the CMS, Contributors and Approvers will be trained.

Methods/Approach
- Per the Publishing Web Pages policy, all official UNF web pages will migrate into the CMS.
- The CMS Implementation Project will be governed by the Internet Presence Committee and supported by ITS.
- Divisions/departments will identify Owners, Contributors, and Approvers and technical resources are available for consultation and training.
- Training is provided for units migrating into the CMS
- Training is provided for Approvers and Contributers purpose of editing migrated Web pages within the CMS system.
- Assistance with graphic design and photos is being provided by the Department of Marketing and Publications.
- The Internet Presence Committee oversees compliance of standards for ADA.
- The Visual Identity Committee oversees logos and branding of UNF.
Success Criteria
- Templates easily allow units to create and maintain Web content managed by the CMS.
- As units migrate into the CMS, staff will be trained to maintain and edit converted Web pages within the CMS system.
- The Web site will comply with ADA and UNF Visual Identity Guidelines.
