CIRT's Online Learning Support Team (OLS) provides Canvas support to UNF faculty. The OLS Team includes professional staff and student assistants that are available to support faculty with their online learning needs. We are available by walk-in, phone, and email. In addition to providing individual support, we offer scheduled and On Demand workshops.
The best way to stay informed about any Canvas Issues and other system news is UNF's Canvas News site. Bookmark and use this resource to stay up to date. You'll also find an option to follow by Email; signing up for that subscription will allow you receive an email each time a new item is posted.
CIRT Walk-In Support
CIRT's Canvas support is located in Building 10, Room 1200 on the lakeside behind the mosaic pillars. Faculty are welcome to drop by and one of the staff members will provide one-on-one Canvas support any time during our hours of operation.
To avoid a wait during peak times, such as semester start/end, we recommend you schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Did you know that you and your students have access to 24/7 Canvas support? By clicking the Help button from the bottom of the Global Navigation bar you can get immediate help with Canvas anytime. From the Help Menu you can receive immediate support via chat or, if it is not a pressing issue, you can log a support case.
