Participants should have at least a 2-year degree and be able to solve basic algebraic equations; no prior Six Sigma training is required. In addition, experience with using formulas and creating graphs in Microsoft Excel is extremely helpful. A laptop computer, loaded with Excel, should be brought to each class.
Completion of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project is required to earn LSS Green Belt Certification.
Upon successful completion of the course, each participant will receive a University of North Florida Certificate of Completion that awards 3.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Upon successfully completing an approved project, each participant will be certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
