This four-session series focuses on the challenges we face in our roles as a parent of adult children, a grandparent, an in-law and a spouse. We look at some of the most common problem areas that come up when we are in those roles and explore opportunities to address them. Participants will be invited to share their experiences in a supportive and safe environment in the hope that each participant will find the sessions beneficial.
