Special emphasis is placed on the Constitution and its impact on every aspect from detention and arrest, right to speedy trial and adequate defense, rules of evidence, trial by jury and much more.

Instructor

William O’Malley is a retired Chicago Circuit Court judge, a former defense attorney and Chicago police officer. He instructed at various law schools. He holds a degree from Loyola University of Chicago and has his J.D. from Chicago Kent College.
