The Banner Center for Financial & Professional Services is a consortium of Florida colleges, universities and corporations that joined together to serve as a resource for industry-needed education, training, and professional development. The instructors and faculty blend an appropriate mix of academic, consulting, and hands-on experience, resulting in a practical, real-world learning experiences.
A key part of the college, university and corporate partnerships is having access to the largest selection of continuing education noncredit classes in Florida’s education system. Our classes range from entry level to executive education courses in skills training, including national and state industry certifications. We can bring many of our credit class offerings straight to your place of business. Don’t see what you need? We have access to an extensive network of specialized courses and can work with you to develop a unique course or program that meets your company’s needs.
Classes can be taught at one of our colleges or university campus partners, or they can be adapted to the specific requirements of your workplace or training situation. We can develop a program that is truly focused on your company’s needs. Let our instructional design staff work with you to create your own customized training program. For your convenience, courses can be taught on-site at your place of business or in one of our classrooms that provide the perfect learning environment. Our flexible approach to industry training allows you to arrange for day, night, weekday or weekend classes.
We can evaluate your organization’s current and future needs and establish training methods to meet those requirements. Our staff will work with you to determine the candidates within your company who should attend training and which skills will be most beneficial for each individual.
We will provide evaluations at the completion of the training, to gauge the effectiveness of the topic and the instruction. A summary report is compiled from evaluations completed by participants.
Our faculty will work with you to identify and address your company’s education needs. You will also have the option of post-session follow-up to reinforce that what was learned is implemented — and is delivering value.
