Outreach
This year, the Banner Center for Creative Industries has been involved in a variety of outreach events and looks forward to many more. Below is a list of events in which we have already participated.
In partnership with Community Connections and AT&T, the Banner Center for Creative Industries participated in this ground breaking program that provides hands-on training and seminars for students to understand the value of wireless broadband and the use of video technology in the pursuit of jobs and careers. The videos created explored topics including cyber-bullying and texting and driving. The Banner Center for Creative Industries served as a sponsor, program trainer and judge for the final entries.
Congresswoman Corrine Brown's 20th Annual Job and Resource Fair
This job fair was designed to interact with job applicants and a wide variety of regional organizations. In addition to sponsoring the event, the Banner Center for Creative Industries offered training and workshops to perspective employees.

As a sponsor of the event, the Banner Center for Creative Industries offered training and workshops for perspective employees. Additionally, we developed outreach with employers regarding our services and how we can help train their current workforce.

Florida Motion Picture & Television Association's 2011 Crystal Reel Awards
The Crystal Reel Awards Gala is held annually to honor and highlight outstanding achievements in motion picture, television, audio recording and digital media productions created in Florida over a year time frame.
2011 Jax Film Festival
Jacksonville has a thick film history, and this annual film festival celebrates just that, while also introducing audiences to our talented locals.
