Sandler Training

UNF Division of Continuing Education has entered in to a strategic alliance with the local Sandler Training owned by Patrick and Michele McManamon. As part of UNF's vision to provide northeast Florida businesses with professional resources to grow, build, and develop their businesses and people, the Sandler relationship adds to the growing list of professional development programs already offered through the Division of Continuing Education.

Businesses that believe in continuous improvement and subscribe to the belief that sales is a profession that can be learned through practice can participate in the following base line programs:

Professional Selling Skills

Learn the skills and mindset that makes the top performing sales professionals successful.  Sales is a profession that must be learned, practiced, and refined to adapt to changing markets and competitive landscapes.  Once the skills are in place, sales professionals approach selling with confidence and a clear path to success.

Developing Negotiation

Negotiations are part of everyday business yet many people are uncomfortable and unprepared to negotiate successfully.  Learn the ways to approach, plan, and leverage in a negotiating situation.  Also recognize the tactics that are being used by the other party and ways to offset them.

Strategic Sales Management

This program is directed at the seasoned manager looking to enhance the team’s performance and the new sales manager that wants to learn the key factors in successful sales management.  The concepts in this program will help managers avoid the top ten mistakes managers make.

The McManamons have owned Sandler Training in Northeast Florida since 1998 and actively participated in the sharing of leading concepts within the network of over 225 Sandler offices around the U.S. The Sandler training methodology is recognized by many "Best in Class" organizations as the most effective form of training on the market. "We are confident this alliance will introduce the Florida sales community to the caliber of training they need to compete in today's market. Many sales organizations are using 30 year old concepts to compete in a vastly changed selling environment" said Patrick McManamon.
