Civil Engineering Materials Lab       Function Students conduct standard tests to obtain material properties required for Civil Engineering design and quality assurance / quality control purposes. The materials addressed in this course include: metals, aggregates, Portland cement, Portland cement concrete, asphalt cement and asphaltic concrete, masonry, wood, composites, and plastics.     Location 050/1010     Coordinator Dr. Stephan Nix
