Academic Advising
Freshmen and sophomores are advised by the Center for Academic Excellence. However, all students intending to major in engineering are encouraged to meet with the academic advisor and/or faculty in the School of Engineering to discuss the engineering programs, engineering careers, or their academic progress.
Academic advising for juniors and seniors is provided through the School of Engineering. There is a full-time academic advisor available to meet with all engineering students. All engineering students are required to meet with the academic advisor each semester before registering for courses.
Appointments for advising can be made at 620-1390 and drop-ins are welcome. Office hours for advising are 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
