- *The statewide common prerequisites for IS programs changed in 2006-2007 to allow schools to select
two programming languages of their choice. COP 2120 has been one of the UNF prerequisites and we will continue to accept
this course for transfer credit through Fall 2007. Beginning Spring 2008, we are replacing COBOL with a Visual &
Programming course. Acceptable equivalents from Florida community colleges include COP 2333: Advancec VB Programming
or COP 2838: Advanced Visual Basic.NET Programming.
