Description: This course will introduce theories regarding the interaction of individuals in groups. Assignments and activities will increase understanding of communication in groups encountered in both personal and professional contexts. Topics include systems theory, decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, power and status, parliamentary procedure, and group development. |
