Dr. Yank Coble is Distinguished Professor and Director of the Center for Global Health and Medical Diplomacy, University of North Florida and Clinical Professor of Medicine, University of Florida. Dr. Coble is Past President of The World Medical Association (WMA), Chair and Editor of the WMA Caring Physicians of the World Initiative. In the past three years, he has chaired Regional Meetings of National Medical Associations on their most pressing health issues in Johannesburg, Santiago, Shanghai, Chennai, Bangkok, Prague, Amelia Island, FL and Tokyo. Since 2002, Dr. Coble has been a member of the USA and WMA Delegations to the World Health Assembly.
Presently Dr. Coble serves on the boards of Research!America, and the National Osteoporosis Foundation, and on the Institute of Medicine Roundtable on Environmental Health Sciences, Research and Medicine. He is past President of the American Medical Association and the American College of Endocrinology, and is President Emeritus of the American College of Physicians and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.

Carleton T. Rider is Senior Fellow with the Center for Global Health and Medical Diplomacy, Brooks College of Health, University of North Florida. In January 2008 he retired as Senior Administrator of Mayo Clinic after a career of 31 years. Mr. Rider served as the Administrator of Mayo Clinic Jacksonville from its initiation in 1984 through 1993. He served a Director of Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., from 1991-2006 and as a member of the Mayo Clinic Board of Trustees from 1993-1997. In 1993, Mr. Rider was named Continuous Improvement Officer of Mayo Clinic and in that role served as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Mr. Rider served as the 1992 Campaign Chair of the United Way of Northeast Florida and the 1995 Campaign Chair of the United Way of Olmsted County, Minnesota. He is past Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) and current chair of the Board of the American Medical Group Foundation (AMGF), the philanthropic arm of the AMGA with a focus on quality improvement in group practice. In 2006 Mr. Rider was named the Distinguished Mayo Administrator. He has written and spoken on the subjects of medical group practice management, health care reform, quality improvement in health care, professional compensation administration and leadership development.

Heather Mills is the Coordinator of Administrative Services for the Center for Global Health and Medical Diplomacy. She is responsible for coordinating Center activities and events. She is also responsible for Center correspondence and office policy and procedures. Prior to joining the Center she worked in the insurance industry. She has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida and remains active in the Alumni Association.

Jeanne Lancaster is the Assistant to the Director at the Center for Global Health and Medical Diplomacy. She is responsible for writing and editing Center publications, and website management. Prior to joining the Center, she worked in adult education, professional development training, and military educational advising. She earned her M.A. degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida, and has been an adjunct faculty member at Florida State College at Jacksonville and Saint Leo University since 1999, teaching distance learning classes in psychology.
