Smoking Now/Tools to Quit Classes
Department of Health Promotion offers a variety of resources to support those
wishing to kick their smoking habit. In addition to numerous outreach
activities each term, the department offers “Quit Smoking Now” and “Tools to
Quit” classes. The classes provide participants with support, guidance and
resources to help them stop smoking. Classes are offered at a variety of times
in order to meet the diverse needs of students and staff. If you are interested

provides you with support, guidance and resources to help you quit smoking. The

encouragement, advice and tips to help smokers stop smoking for good.
QuitGuide is a mobile app designed by tobacco control
professionals and cessation counselors with the help of ex-smokers and experts
to help smokers prepare to quit smoking and support them in the days and weeks
after they quit.
