Consulting for private and public organizations include: Work with transformation to process/project organizations including mapping, design and analysis of processes as well as supply chains, design of performance measurement systems (strategic and operational), executive training. Several projects focused on skills and competence development for middle managers. Implementation of continuous improvement programs.
