Biography
Dr. Jackson is an experienced and energetic Civil Engineer and Project Manager, with over twenty years of experience focusing predominantly on Transportation Infrastructure Design, Construction and Preservation. His career includes employment in both the public and private sectors, with significant government grant proposal writing and project management experience. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and actively participates with numerous Professional organizations, maintaining a high standard of integrity and ethics.
